LABA will strengthen and celebrate the LABA Territory by promoting the area and connections between its residents, businesses, institutions, and organizations. The vision of the Livingston Avenue Business Association is to be the voice at the local, state, and federal levels for businesses within the LABA Territory and celebrate the LABA Territory as a thriving business friendly area and a vibrant place to Visit, Dine, and Shop.
