Livingston Avenue Business Association (LABA) was founded in 2014 to support entrepreneurship training and education and conserve the heritage of the LABA Territory which consists of the neighborhoods of Livingston Park, Old Oaks, Driving Park, and Hanford Village. LABA works hard to promote economic growth of micro, small, and medium sized enterprises and small businesses within the LABA Territory. LABA intends to play a pivotal role in establishing the LABA Territory as a thriving destination linking consumer traffic with commerce along the area’s commercial corridors and nodes. LABA is dedicated to being the voice at the local, state, and federal levels for businesses within the LABA Territory.
